What Can You Do to Reduce the Stress of a Dui Arrest?

4. Make sure to hire a DUI lawyer who specializes in DUI defense. There are many DUI lawyers out there, but you want to hire one who specifically deals with DUI cases. You definitely don't want to hire an attorney who doesn't know anything about DUI laws and procedures.
5. Remember to keep a positive attitude throughout the whole process! You can do it by yourself, but it's always nice to have a lawyer to represent you who is experienced and knows what he/she is doing. This will give you the confidence and assurance you need when it's time to face the judge!

company merger and options?
hi, i have some CFC options at strike price 10 expiring july 18
and as you know BAC is going to do an all stock buy on CFC
paying 0.1822 etc etc.
what i know is that i ll end up with a BAC option in which every contract contains 18.22 instead of a CFC with 100 with strike price 10. (the same)
example i have the right to buy 18.22 bac at 10 each. am i right?
now the question: i m looking for option BAC and i can t find that strike price in july but in august: am i going to be able to sell my option after conversion CFC>BAC before expiration?
will the merger actually create options BAC at strike 10 for that month?

No, that is not right.
The amount of cash required to exercise each option was $1,000 before the merger and will remain $1,000 after the merger. If you exercise the option, for your $1,000 you will get 18 shares of BAC plus cash in lieu of the fractional share. The exact amount of cash will not be determined until the deal is final. There will be a contract adjustment notice that you can look up to get the exact terms once they are set. Just use CFC as the search key on the web page at
