For many golfers the most important body part involved in the swing, is the wrist and hand. The action of the wrist and the hand has the greatest effect on where the ball goes. The hand is the golfer's ultimate tool for feel and action of the club. It essentially dictates direction and distance. In the golf swing the wrist must produce as much range of motion at a very high rate of speed as any athletic movement. It comes as no surprise that the left wrist/hand is one of the leading causes of injuries among many professional golfers. Golfers who lack grip and forearm strength will be prone to injuries to their hand, wrist and elbow. The stress is greatest during the downswing portion of the swing. Injuries usually result from overuse or from trauma suffered by hitting a fat shot. Most common injury is tendonitis of the wrist. Easy way to avoid these types of injuries is to begin strengthening the grip and forearm musculature. Here are some great ideas to develop an iron grip for golf.

Power holds: Take a bar and just hold it, like at the top of a deadlift. The key is to load it up with heavy poundage so that you cannot hold it for more than 20-30 seconds at a time (you can experiment with the duration).

Farmer's Walk: Take two heavy kettlebells, grab them and hold them at your sides. Now, walk as far as you can. Not only is this a great exercise for producing grip strength but it is excellent for conditioning.

Wrist Rollers: Take a wooden handle, hang rope from the middle, and put a weight on the other end. Roll the weight up and down, rolling in each direction. Try making the handles thicker if you want to challenge your grip at different angles. Grade your effort by both the number of times you completely roll and unroll the weight, and the speed at which you can roll the weight.

Static Hangs: Grab a chin up bar....and hang for time. This is also a fantastic stretch for your back.

Work on these exercises twice a week for four weeks than once a week, not only will you develop tremendous grip and forearm strength but you develop the muscles surrounding the wrist, hand and elbow to help protect you from injury. Andrew Karasev, Great Plains Dynamics GP Certified Master is inviting customers with challenging GP implementation

For a while I was writing and publishing Dynamics GP, formerly known as Great Plains Software Dynamics and eEnterprise, articles, press releases, blogs.  I really enjoyed the feedback from you, my readers, who are likely in tough situation supporting your Great Plains internally and trying to get it done with limited MRP support budget.  Here at Alba Spectrum, we are committed to do support for Great Plains customers who has to deal with challenging GP data repair, Great Plains on Pervasive SQL/Btrieve or Ctree (7.5, 7.0, 6.0, 5.5, 5.0 and earlier), Great Plains Accounting for DOS and Windows (9.5, 9.2, 9.1 and earlier)  In this small blog I would like to give you the directions on Dynamics GP support and how to contact me directly:

1. Great Plains Old Version Support options.  Microsoft Business Solutions at the time of writing is no longer supporting Dynamics GP version 8.0 and earlier.  If you are on older version, this doesn't mean that this is the end of the story - you can still find Great Plains Consultant in your area or nationwide, who was trained and certified in older versions and who can support you personally.  You should also understand the reasoning for MBS and for your local Dynamics GP Resellers to push you to newer and supported version.  In order to serve old Great Plains versions, Dynamics GP VAR has to either rescue to Great Plains Subcontractors, or have somebody in stuff with old GPS skills and both options might be challenging if you know and have experience in running business consulting business in the past

2. Great Plains Data Repair or how to call your GP doctor or Guru.  If data is corrupted , and this is not something associated with Dynamics GP, SQL data repair is common practice for Oracle, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Access, MySQL, Sybase, Btrieve, Ctree Lotus Notes Domino, Microsoft CRM, or in other words, do not think that you got lemon ERP

3. Great Plains eCommerce customizations and integrations.  If you are facing these challenges, I will be happy to consult you on the best options.  Here you will need to make your homework on such technologies as eConnect, Dexterity, Dynamics GP Integration Manager.  We also offer such products as Dynamics GP Posting Server, Order Connector, dedicated to ecommerce programmer

4. How to contact Andrew.  Facing large number of calls to my cell phone, when I am onsite serving current projects, the best way is to email me at help@albaspectrum.com, this email account I am reviewing every morning, this account is open to the public, so I would appreciate you to restrain to send advertising emails

5. International versus local support.  I personally speak English, Russian, Latvian, Spanish, Portuguese and French.   We have consultants fluent in Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese.  For the customer with challenging Dynamics GP customization we feel comfortable to support it via web sessions, remote desktop or VPN connections

6. US States  and Canadian Provinces Supported.  Here you need to determine if you have to stick absolutely to local walk in support or you are comfortable with web sessions.  We have offices in Chicago, San Diego, Houston, Atlanta, plus we have associated Great Plains Consultants in most of the business metros: Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Providence, New York, Boston.  Local International Support is available in Philippines, Oceania, Brazil and Latin America (GP in Spanish and SAP Business One in Spanish and Portuguese).  In Moscow Russia we support your Dynamics GP on demand localizations, such as translation of GP screens to Russian

7. Great Plains Dynamics GP in Lithuanian, Polish, Latvian, Czech, Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Estonian, and other Unicode compliant East European Language.  Here you will need to respect nuances for MS SQL Server native language collations

8. FRx and Dynamics GP Report Writer.  RW reports, such as SOP Blank Invoice Form, feel free to check with us, 1-866-528-0577, help@albaspectrum.com

Is nextel gps legal if your employer does it to you without your knowledge?

i have been told that an employer must 1st bring you in to discuss that they are using it during work hours and that there would be a chance that it may be used on you, they must show you how the gps system works(certify) this is to rid them of any law suites of invasion of privacy. But you must be told.

If they provided the cell phone to you, that means they actually own the cell phone. Therefore it is their right to know where the cell phone is.
