We purchased a 2006 Honda Element with a defective windshield, six days ago.?
When we sprayed the windshield wiper cleaner, the water came inside the cabin underneath the windshield. We took it in to the dealership today and found out it is not covered under the warranty because its not an original Honda part. Its certified and has a warranty. Does this qualify as a california lemon?
Lemon laws only cover new cars. Take it back to Honda or a local glass shop and have the window sealed...............md
