There are many models of King Air...
At lighter weights a king air E-90 can get out of a 2000 foot strip.....and can get into an even shorter strip, with reverse pitch and all....these planes are powerhouses and they are excellent short field aircraft.
A super king air 200, fully loaded (12,500 lbs) @ sea level, on a standard day is 3300ft. The same ship at 9,000 lbs on a standard day/ sea level , uses 2300 feet. I don't know where this other guy gets his numbers....probably flight sim games.
